Since starting the program, we’ve seen a meaningful transformation in how our managers lead. Their communication is clearer, more empathetic, and they’ve become skilled at handling tough conversations without losing composure. The emotional intelligence and conflict resolution modules made the biggest difference—they didn’t just teach skills, they shifted mindsets. Our managers now show up with intention and appreciation, creating stronger, more connected teams. This training truly met our needs, our team came out better, and it shows every day. HR Director
I think the instructor is very good, and brings in lots of knowledge! I love the different methods of effective leadership and coaching to apply.
I was struggling with motivating an employee to work harder (or what I thought was to work harder). Upon coaching it was determined she just needed to identify a more structured work day and I didn't need to dictate that, she came up with the solution via coaching.
I enjoyed the availability of the instructor, the candidness of the instructor for me to reach out and ask questions. I enjoyed the in class exercises, some were very eye opening. The length of the course and the spread out nature really helped concepts sink in and be applied.
The next cohort starts 7 October 2025.
Maximum participants for this course is 15.
