I think the instructor is very good, and brings in lots of knowledge! I love the different methods of effective leadership and coaching to apply.
I like GROW -model, practicing in groups and couples. I like deep conversation and exchanging ideas with other students.
I feel that I have grown as a leader and received new techniques to coach my personnel. The biggest difference I see is that I am dealing with situations differently - listening more and structuring responses better.

This course has assisted me with my self awareness and how my actions may have been impacting others around me. It has given me tools to work on some habits that I needed to change.
I was struggling with motivating an employee to work harder (or what I thought was to work harder). Upon coaching it was determined she just needed to identify a more structured work day and I didn't need to dictate that, she came up with the solution via coaching.
The specific tools that were shared has helped me immensely in defining myself as a leader. I am still working on some habits but I now see things differently.
I enjoyed the availability of the instructor, the candidness of the instructor for me to reach out and ask questions. I enjoyed the in class exercises, some were very eye opening. The length of the course and the spread out nature really helped concepts sink in and be applied.
A course to develop strong coaching techniques and methods that will help coach rather than boss others both in professional and personal life. To become a strong leader and coach, this course teaches you how to facilitate life enhancing skills, by asking questions, listening intently and creating change in those you lead and are in relationships with.
